SpaceFlow Teknoloji A.S. (“Spaceflow”), as the data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), processes your personal data as described below.

Personal Data Processed

  • Identity information (first name, last name, title)

  • Contact information (email address, phone number)

  • Usage data (session information, IP address, browser details)

  • Cookie data (preference cookies, analytics cookies)

  • Transaction data (metadata related to procurement processes)

  • Providing and improving the service

  • Managing user accounts

  • Fulfilling legal obligations

  • Conducting information security processes

  • Carrying out communication activities

Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds under KVKK Article 5/2:


  • Establishment and performance of a contract

  • Fulfillment of legal obligations

  • Legitimate interest (improving service quality)

  • Explicit consent (for marketing activities)

Data Security

Spaceflow operates per-tenant infrastructure with cryptographic isolation between customers. Live data fetched from your systems is held only for the duration of the agent action you requested. All connections are encrypted via TLS 1.3.

Your Rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights:


  • To learn whether your personal data is being processed

  • To request information about the processing if your data has been processed

  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose

  • To know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad

  • To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data

  • To request deletion or destruction of your data under KVKK Article 7

  • To object to any adverse outcome resulting from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems

  • To claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of your data
